I'm using Rules for assigning a ticket created through a mails receiver.
There are some mails that are regected. I can see it in "mailgate"-->"logs" that is rejected. But I need know why is rejected.
There are some way to know why a mail is rejected?

Setup -> Receivers -> List of not imported mails

the List of not imported mails is empty but there are some mails rejected in mailgate
