plugin help

I am having an issue installing a plugin. The one I am trying to use is the bars code plugin. I downloaded it and extracted it as the guide said, then I logged off and back in as I was suposed to, now under the setup tab I dont have the option to configure a plugin. Any ideas or suggestions?

Apache 2.2.8
php 5.2.5
mysql 5.0.51a

ocs 1.01 win32 server from scratch (hand-maded installation w\o xampp)
glpi 0.70.2

bars code plugin installed and works perfectly.

2 Dave: look at your apache's and php's error logs.

Platform: Win2003R2 Std
Apache-2.2.8 (Win32) / mod_ssl-2.2.8 / OpenSSL-0.9.8g / PHP-5.2.5 / Mod_perl-2.0.4 / Perl-v5.8.8 / OcsNG-1.01 (Win32)
Navigator: Moz (always actual release)

Re: plugin help

Try turning on Debug mode - it may give you some more clues...

Setup > General > Use GLPI in Mode > Debug.

I had a problem a while back with plugins 'not working' the debug mode showed up that the files were not there... I'd located the plugin in the wrong place... don't ask! sad

GLPI 0.78.1 ... but planning to upgrade soon!
