Template pour Mail : Email Blanc.

Bonjour,

J'ai suivi le tuto du wiki permettant d'utiliser un template pour la mise en page des Mails de suivi.
Je n'ai rencontre aucun problème pour trouver et modifier le code, mais lors du test j'ai rencontre le problème suivant.

Le mail généré est bien reçu mais vide (blanc) et cela sur tout les clients ( web et lourds)
Toutefois si je regarde le contenu du mail ( afficher le contenu, ou montrer l'original sous zimbra), je vois bien le contenu du mail.

Pensez vous que cela vient d'une erreur lors de la modification du code ou un probleme lié au HTML ?
