help - cant see Plugin Compte v1.5.2
hi, just upgraded to v 72.1 from v70...
after the upgrade i installed the account / compte plugin, but when i click Menu > PLUGIN > Environment: it not in there.... where are my accounts?
help

desactivate enviroment plugin and reload glpi and test it

sorry, no success. all i see is
-Applicatifs
-DOmaines
is the comptes relying on another plugin?
(all my 120 domain users & passwords are in there ;-)

its not in the list of the plugins under > Setup > Plugins.... but its in the file-folder....
If the plugin is not listed you have a problem to access it

ok, i tried calling the environment / comptes plugin via the same url used in the old version. then a page comes up asking me to generate an encryption key...???
i could provide a gotomeeting....

En cas de problème lors de la mise à jour du plugin et des mots de passes.
1. Restaurez votre base de données GLPI
1. Supprimez la table glpi_plugin_compte_hash (avec phpmyadmin)
1. Fermez votre navigateur
1. Relancez la procédure d'installation et d'upgrade des mots de passe.

If you encounter some problems during upgrade process :
1. Restore your database
2. Delete the glpi_plugin_compte_hash table (with phpmyadmin for example)
3. Close your browser
4. Upgrade again with upgrade tutorial
