attribution des incidents

Bonjour,

j'ai un peu de mal à piger la gymnastique d'attribution des incidents, désolé.

J'ai créé 1 incident que je veux attribuer à un utilisateur "hotliner", mais dans l'interface je ne peux l'attribuer au tech, glpi ou normal.
Si je l'attribue à tech, cela veut dire que seul tech peut le traiter et je ne trouve pas comment en étant connecté en tant que tech, pouvoir l'attribuer à 'hotliner 1'
Qu'ai je raté ?
