Problem with statistics and location

I have setup each user with a location. When I view statistics by location I can see my locations but all the statistics are 0. It says no tickets, etc...

I know there are tickets for my date range from users that have locations setup. Am I still missing something? Can someone please help me?

Much Thanks!

Re: Problem with statistics and location

I did research first. Did not find any related topics on this site that solved my problem.

I have setup GLPI based on manual to the best of my ability. The English manual is not complete and does not cover this problem. That is why I posted it here.

I do not get any errors messages.

It is running on a Windows 2000 server, MySQL 5.1, IIS 5.0, GLPI 0.71.5, PHP 5.2.9

Below is the text of the statistics page that I receive:

Amarillo TX    0    0    0 Sec(s)    0 Sec(s)    0 Sec(s)    0 Sec(s)
Cactus TX        0    0    0 Sec(s)    0 Sec(s)    0 Sec(s)    0 Sec(s)

I do have tickets assigned to users with these locations. Am I missing something? Please help me, the English manual for GLPI is not completed and does not address this.

Much Thanks!..

Re: Problem with statistics and location

The location indicate in statistics it's the location of an item.
Open your ticket by Assistance/tracking and choose an item in the same location of the user.

For the GLPI's english manual, please change it (your english is better than mine)
and every body can write documentation
