Double ticket problem

Hi, I've set up my glpi so that my users only use formcreator for tickets.

Except that in my formcreator settings I have made sure that the forms are automatically created as tickets and that they are allocated to 2 entities except that the problem is that the ticket is doubled whereas I would like a single ticket for both entities.

Am I using the right method or not? Because my requirement is as follows: I have an entity called "Workshop" which is a child entity of "Logistics" and I need the "Logistics" entity to supervise/manage/close the tickets and the "Workshop" entity to only see the tickets assigned to the "Workshop" entity to close and delete the tickets.
