problem "Assigned to"

In my GLPI, I started noticing a strange behavior. When I create a ticket from scratch, I can assign multiple technicians. However, once the ticket is created, if I try to modify the assigned technicians and add more than one technician, whether it's 2, 3, 4, 5, or more, it deletes all the previously assigned technicians and only keeps the last one added. I'm not sure what could be causing this configuration issue.

check setup>general > behaviours

there's a parameter  "Single technician and group" where you can set
-no
-single user and group
-single user or group
