Email notification when adding a private reply
Good afternoon. Please tell me, is it possible to somehow enable email notifications when adding a private response to a Ticket?
Linux ubuntu-22.04.2-live-server-amd64, PHP 8.1.2, Apache 2.4.52, MariaDB 10.6.12, GLPI 10.0.6.
FusionInventory 10.0.6+1.1, Human Resources 3.0.4, PHP SAML 1.2.1, Additional Fields 1.21.8, Oauth IMAP 1.4.2

Why would you want your private response to notify the user?

Not a user - but a group of administrators.
