Bonjour,
Je rencontre un problème avec les réponses privées ainsi que les tâches privé en réponse des tickets.
Mes collègues voulant se partager des informations privé ne peuvent pas le faire, car dès que nous créons une réponse privé par exemple celle-ci n'est pas visible, et pour personne autant la personne à dépanner que pour nous les techs.
J'ai pensé à regardé dans l'administration des profils de cocher le droit de pouvoir voir les suivis, réponses, tâches privés mais sans effets.
Mes collègues m'ont dit que depuis cela ce produit depuis l'installation de la dernière mise à jour en date chez nous GLPI 10.0.8.
