Collect task never "Prepared"

Hello,

GPLI : 10.0.1
GLPIInventory plugin : 1.0.2
As the glpi inventory is made from the Fusion Inventory plugin, I ask my question here.
And also because I had the same issue with the older version

I create a collect task which works well when forced, the right numbers of computers are in "prepared" and when I start the agent or wait for them to process I retrieve the data I want.

The problem is that after that nothing happened.
The tasks are never prepared again

I check "Re-prepare a target-actor if previous run is successful"

I set the start, preparation and execution time slot to "Week'

I guess the issue is more on the server side and the task that didn't run again but I can't find where.
In logs there are no real information about that

Thank you for your ideas.

Hi FCO,

is your "taskscheduler" automatic action scheduled and does it show any history or log ?

Re: Collect task never "Prepared"

That's it.

I'm sure I did some tests for this taskscheduler and run it manually but perhaps did I had other errors.
There is an issue with the scheduler that didn't run as intended but when forced, the job is prepared again.

thank you.

Re: Collect task never "Prepared"

Hello,

I solved the problem by increasing the number of automatic tasks.
You can find it in Configuration/General/System.
