Hi All
i have added Data Injection, I have read the instructions from many places but i still cant it to work.
I have :
GLPI 9.1.7.1 ( i have downgraded from 9.2.1)
"File Injection" Status "Enable"
File Injection option appeared under "Tools" tab
Under "Administration" tab --> Super Admin --> File Injection, all the available options are all "checked" . I only have "READ" "UPDATE" "CREATE" "PURGE" for Model management and Injection of the file.
Issue:
Login using glpi user which is a super admin profile
When i go into File Injection option appeared under "Tools" tab, i can only see " No Model currently available". The "+" is greyed out.
Any help is much appreciated !

Hello,
I am unable to upload csv and it is showing header of the file
VM;"Powerstate;"Guest state;"PowerOn;"CPUs;"Memory;"NICs;"Disks;"Primary IP Address;"Provisioned MB;"In Use MB;"Unshared MB;";
as a whole and not separated columns in File Mapping
Thanks & Regards,
SS

Hi
Please check two important conditions:
- that the separator defined in the model is exactly the one used
- make sure that quotes ("") are used in each and every field (they're not paired in the example above, that would certainly cause problems...); it should have looked like:
"VM";"Powerstate";"Guest state";"PowerOn";"CPUs";"Memory";"NICs";"Disks";"Primary IP Address";"Provisioned MB";"In Use MB";"Unshared MB";""

Hello Michal,
Thanks for your reply.
You are right and I tried same way !
I downloaded a sample from computer field itself and tried upload , it is working fine and able to update model. But still facing the same issue most of the time raising the following error
"The number of columns of the file is incorrect. 8 awaited columns 1 found column"
The below is the existing model downloaded
Name;"Virtual machines - Name";"Virtual machines - State";"Networking - IP";"Operating System - Version";"Virtual machines - Memory";"Virtual machines - processor number";"Components - Network interface"
So tried both(1-Your recommendation 2- as per the above entry in the existing model) - ERROR is like mentioned above
"DELL ";"ABC";"POWERON";"192.168.10.30";"Microsoft Windows Server 2016 (64-bit)";"VMware vCenter Server 6.0.0 ";"8192";"8""
DELL ";"ABC";"POWERON";"192.168.10.30";"Microsoft Windows Server 2016 (64-bit)";"VMware vCenter Server 6.0.0 ";"8192";"8"
I doubt with the syntax of csv and unfortunately am not familiar with that ... Support will be appreciated
Thanks & Regards,
SS
