Plugins dont show

hi, i just started to use glpi 9.2.3 in Windows server 2008 R2(iis 7.5, php 7.2, mysql 5.5).
it installed without a problem but after a extract the plugin zip file to glpi\plugin and refresh plugin list, it dont show any plugin.
i tried with fields 1.7.0, ocsinventoryng 1.4.3 and dashboard 0.9.2

Solved!
i had the version in front of folder name (ex: fields-1.7.0).
