Hi all,
GLPI 9.1.4, CentOS6
I am trying to get our GLPI to receive ticket updates from users via email. We've been running GLPI for years, but now is the time to use this feature!
Users create tickets via email fine. They receive technician followups via email fine.
But when the user replies from their email client and I go to 'Setup... Receivers... <receiver>... Actions... 'Get email tickets now'...'
I get:
Error
Number of messages: available=1, retrieved=1, refused=0, errors=1, blacklisted=0
I have looked in /var/log/glpi/php-errors.log, but nothing is being logged when I try it.
How can find out what this error is please?

Nevermind. I was being a dufus.
I had changed the GLPI administrator email address so it wasn't recognized when bringing in the new email.
