Hello, I have a lot of tickets category and a lot of technicians (whitout e-mail)
What is the best way to show new tickets to technicians, without assign ticket; And without having to go to the filters page in order to find the new tickets.
When a customer creates new ticket using his self-service portal and selecting a category what is the best way to Inform the group of technicians that they have a new ticket without asigning it automatically. Using technicians home page.
