Child Entities in SLA not work

Hi,

First, many thanks for your work in GLPI, is very great and I am very grateful.

I need your help, please, the situation is:

I already created a SLA in GLPI 9.1, but when I create incident for a child entity, I can't select SLT,  I configured this SLA for view all entities (including child's).

Re: Child Entities in SLA not work

This is not a bug, I find the way to define SLT for everybody child entity and use it, is this:

When you logged with user privileges to view the childs entity, you showld select the child entity in the panel right (under lines of go to menú pop up), next you go to create the SLA and yours SLT, now yo can loggin with user defined to this entity or with your user glpi, you can create incident, associate to user of this entity and now you can define the time SLT. Its all.  You understand me?
