GLPI request without user assign

Hy Guys,

I'm using GLPI - Version 0.9 and I can see now there are some requests coming without an user assign.

I was looking for some special configuration in request window or something where I could force user to fill this field, but haven't found yet.

Could you please advise me how to proceed?

Hi,
you can set ticket templates with mandatory fields or use some rules for assign tickets  (or both)
