No scaling levels rise over time

GLPI Ver 0.85.4

Configure scaling levels in the SLA and create rules to assign SLA according to the urgency of the tickets, the rules properly allocate tickets the problem is scaling levels.

Tickets with sla 10 hours must climb at -7 hours, increasing the level of urgency to medium and -4 hours should climb the urgency from medium to high or so configured.

But in reality approximately -4 hours scale, to upgrade the level of urgency sla reassigned the medium (that is 7 hours) and this will subtract 3 hours of life to the ticket.

It is a mistake or am I doing something wrong?

If anyone requires access to the platform to confirm what is happening I can provide it.

Remember that my native language is Spanish, I am using a translator to write.
