GLPI 0.83.6 export *.slk *.csv, chinese display garbled character

Hello,

I used GLPI version 0.83.6. The Chinese display normal in UTF8.
Excel can't recognize UTF8 code as default. I export data in slk file, the Chinese display garbled character.
Test1:
windows xp with Chinise(PRC) Unicode language
If I open the *.slk or *.csv file with notepad and save as new *.slk or *.csv file with encoding ANSI, the Chinese can display normal in excel, column and row format is normal in excel.
If I open the *.slk or *.csv file with notepad and save as new *.slk or *.csv file with encoding Unicode, the Chinese can display normal in excel, but the column and row format will change in excel.
Test2:
windows xp with English(United States) Unicode language
If I open the *.slk or *.csv file with notepad and save as new *.slk or *.csv file with encoding Unicode, the Chinese can display normal in excel, but the column and row format will change in excel.
If If I open the *.slk or *.csv file with notepad and save as new *.slk or *.csv file with encoding ANSI, it prompt i will lost some Unicode, continue to save it, Chinese display abnormal, column and row format is normal.

Try using libreoffice or openoffice because MS office have trouble with UTF8 chars

Other solution ?
We would like to use ms office.

Problem in 0.85.4 not solved.

Workaround:
- We export glpi data with slk option.
- Open with notepad++
- Mark the complete text
- convert to ansi
- save
- open slk in ms office
- Now i'm happy but not perfect. (Tested with german chars)
