Ticket from email don't attach files glpi 0.85.4

Hi, i updated my glpi to 0.85.3 last week, and i have a problem with de attacked document to emails sents to my inbox for tickets.
Before i attack a document to the email and it appears attacked to the ticket, but now doesn't work, i updated today to 0.85.4 but this dont work too, its a bug???

Attachment to big ?
Did you check the settings or try a small file.

Hi, no, the attachmet is of one kb and the same, before this works perfectly, I checked that in the inbox is the mail with the file attached, but when glpi gets the mails and create the ticket dont attach the file like a document.

Where i can see error log for this??, the settings for the inbox are ok, all works, but the file is nowhere.

Hi all, now its works, i think the problem is the file on 1 kb is a unkown kind of file not specified, i tested now with pdf and xlsx files and work.
