Ticket Assignment don't change state

GLPI 0.85.3

Bug 1 / No But already i searched
step1 Create Ticket do not fill "Assigned to" or blank it.
step2 Associate the ticket to someone the status didn't change.

Bug 2 / I didn't search in Forum roadmap
step1 Create Ticket do not fill "Assigned to" or blank it.
step2 Associate the ticket myself - you will get a white browser page. This still works also if you delete all persons groups from assigned to section.

Bug 3
validating the solution of the ticket won't close it.

Same problems after update from GLPI 0.85.2 to 0.85.3

Bug 1 & Bug 2, is it possible to fix by myself?
