As Modify the template "Create a problem"
Good afternoon.
At the moment my users diligence incidence meet many fields, I want to delete any of these fields so that this template is as simple as possible.
I appreciate who I can report on how to do this process.

You have template for a ticket but not for a problem because problem is not created by a final user but by technician one
