If someone send us a ticket that we hare not undesteting and need to get more information we send a email to get that information, but doing that some part of the history of one ticket ouside the GLPI.
Do you think to integrate reply email's that will be present in the history of the ticket ?

Add a followup to the ticket, and the user will receive your question (notification)

Reply are added as followup. This is a native feature (reply to notification, and mail receiver)
