Barcode Plugin

I have labels that are 2inx1in (width/height), the closest paper size i could find is A9. I have tried adjusting the margins to compensate for the size diffrence but no matter what i do there is always a top/left margin. Is there something im missing? Ive tried setting paper size in Adobe before printing, also tried the "Actual Size" option to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
