continuous errors when installing

Hello:

I'm trying to install the application on a web service provider payment.

The first problem:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, info@pc-mais.es and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you Might Have done that May have Caused the mistake.
More information about this Error May be available in the server error log.
Apache Server at http: xxxxx Port 80

Solution: we have changed the way PHP FastCGI

Now I can continue with the installation until the database connection:

GLPI SETUP

Step 2

Test of the connection at the database

Can not connect to the database
The server answered: Unknown MySQL server host 'glpi' (13)

Note: This created the BD

Do not know how to continue, please hand

During installation, have you create a new database or used and existing one ?
Perhaps, if creating new one, your provider not allow you to do that.
