Unable to get notification emails for the contracts

Hi,
    I have configured email notifications on glpi and have sent a test mail to the administrator which works fine. But i am not able to get the notification for the contracts [weather for the start of contract or the end]. I even set to notify before 1 month of the end of the contract but i am not getting any email notification. And in the notification tab for both "end of contract" and "contract notification " i have set the notification has to go to the administrator.

Version of GLPI used ?
Do you have many entities ? If yes, have you configure notification in the correct entity ?
Have you error in debug mode ? in /files ?

Re: Unable to get notification emails for the contracts

I have install glpi 0.83.8 and have only one entity. Just saw in that entity and added the users and also enabled the contract notification in the notification tab.

Re: Unable to get notification emails for the contracts

ya i have set them up.....here are the values

admin email : xxxxxxx@domain.com

and i have set the value for " Alarms on contracts " as "yes"

and also i am getting the notifications like tickets not closed and etc. I added the cron.php in crontab to execute the automatic actions and its working fine.

The only thing i am not able to get is for the contracts.

Re: Unable to get notification emails for the contracts

Hi GLPI-Dev-Team,
Hi Folks,
I have the same problem as shashank151.
notification works for tickets or by sending a test mail. Only contracts doesn't work (either manualy (Execute) or scheduled doesn't work).

Iam using:
GLPI 0.83.91
CentOS 6
Apache

Settings:
Home->Setup->Notification->E-Mail
Enable follow-up via email : yes
Administrator Email : xyz@xyz.com
Administrator reply-to Email (if needed) : xyz@xyz.com
Way of sending emails: PHP

Home->Setup->Notification->Notifications->Contract End
Active : Yes
Notification method : E-Mail
Recipients: Group admins
Home->Setup->Notification->Notifications->Contract Notice
Active : Yes
Notification method : E-Mail
Recipients: Group admins

Home->Setup->Automatic actions->contract
Run frequency : Every day
Status : Scheduled
Run mode: CLI (also tried for a while GLPI)
Run period : 0 -> 24
Last run :     2013-09-27 16:36
Next run : 2013-09-28 16:36
Date    Total duration    Number    Description
2013-09-27 16:36    0.023s    0    Action completed, no processing required

Home->Management->Contracts->Test

Notice : 2013-10-26
Email Alarms End + Notice

Contracts expiring in less than 30 days    1

Log:
cat cron.log
Internal #1: Launch contract
2013-09-27 16:36
Internal #1: Launch contract
2013-09-27 16:43

Do you need some more information? Where can I get some more logs about processing?

@yllen
What do you mean exactly with entity?

Many thanks in advance!
