I can not set up mail on GLPI 0.83.8

I'm trying to set up mail settings by following the local server, but I can not. I ask you to give a solution to my problem.

Server settings
IP: 10.132.s.x.
TLS: Yes
Support mail: support@fgbu.rosreestr.ru

When you connect to the server see the answer: the connection fails

Maybe there are some specific settings?
