template inventory

Hi, I want to know how much can I modify the inventory template of the devices.
An example is the phone template.
How much link and topic can I delete or can I set in this template?
The topics that I not want, can I delete it or these remain in the template?
an example: the flag of the speaker and the headset I don't want see on the insertion of my devices. Can I delete it? where?
