more ticket's statuses

Hi,
we would like to have possibility to edit and add Ticked statuses such us others Dropdowns.
Is it possible at the moment, may be by any addons?

At this time, there is no way to add additional Ticket statuses. The status is hard-coded into the php, and is referenced by name for SLA actions and such.

We, too, would like to see a Ticket status table created, and for Status and SLA to be dynamically linked to this (these) table(s).

Remi (or others), is this something that can be upgraded in future versions? I, personally, come from a telecommunications company who used Footprints. Having a dynamic ticket status would allow us to more fully utilize GLPI in more scenarios.
