Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Can anybody help me?

I try to install ocs-inventory server on a device with GLPI 083.91.
when I try to install it the result are:

$ sudo apt-get install ocsinventory-server

what's the problem?

OCS Inventory needs PERL:

ERROR: Module perl does not exist!
