I'm using a notification template to open tickets via email found on intenrnet, however it only has fields for adding tasks and accompaniments ...
In my current and accurate scenery that also has a field for problems, or a layout other than the default notification.
My doubt and if there is any type of notification e-mail with HTML and CSS code to interpret notifications of new problem, problem update, closed problem and deleted problem.
