modified impact, urgency and priority

Hi,

impact, urgency and priority have 5 option :
- very high
- high
- medium
- low
- very low

I just want to have 3 option in every impact, urgency and priority : high, medium, and low.
how can i modify them?

please help me...thanks

Setup / General / Helpdesk

In the matrix, you can disable somme urgency / impact
You cannot disable any priority.

Hi,

I'd like to know if it is possible disable changes in all head ticket information, less on staus field.

I found in Administration > Profiles -> Assistance -> update -> update a ticket: but this parameter block all changes in head ticket.

Are there any others parameters to enable/disable one by one of the fields in head ticket?
