How to assign a ticket to a Branch?

Hi,

What should I choose to see tickets by companies?

In user setting I added it to the right Branch and now should I choose right Location or Default Branch? Location is the Branch city and Default Branch is root entity.

I assigned a root entity recursive right  and the user still can't see tickets by companies I configured... but only root entity in which all tickets are included.
