How to add another dropdown in simplified user?
Its possible to add another dropdown?
Example is: When the simplified account user is HR then when i want to create ticket the dropdown list will show fro HR only.
Then after that when super-admin log-in it will appear the ticket all incident or request per department.
I know its complicated to ask that but its possible to that sir? I hope you can response soon.
