restoring database and error in plugin menu

I had a problem in the server that was running my glpi installation loosing it.
I was working using 4 plugins, the most important one is object management because i had informations in a defined object there.

I am having a problem restoring all  the information.
What i did was:

1) new installation of glpi
2) install plugins that was using
3) restore database via
mysql -uroot -p glpi < glpi.bku.sql (also tried with the maintenance menu)

When i do that the plugins seem to have problems. Many of them require to be reinstalled o reenabled, but i can do that.
The problem is that now i cant see nothing but a thin orange line under "plugins" despite that in administration/plugins all of them seems to be running
Of course, i cant also find the information of my custom object.

I did this procedure recovering to the same version as my lost one, and to the last glpi version, with same problem
Any help or idea of where to read would be very welcome and appretiated

Re: restoring database and error in plugin menu

Found the problem. Going to settings, language was set to a language i dont use (may be russian) (despite all legends shown were in english, presume a bug here)
Changed the language setting and plugin menu is now normal
