Is there any way to show Only Logged user at "Requester" dropdown or auto asign like "Assigned to" ?

I guess you are trying to assign the standard interface to your users in order to create tickets.
And you want the current logged on user to be preselected in Requester.

GLPI was designed to use the simple interface for that.
So, you have the simple interface for requesting users. It makes sense, the end user will not fill in the 20 or something fields of the standard interface ticket form.
And you have the standard interface for support staff.
