Removing the notification address link for the sender
Hi,
I would like to know how to remove the notification address link for the sender and leave it only for HelpDesk user/group who are chosen to deal with the problem/request.

If I got this right, you would like to disable notification for the requester.
You can do this in Setup>Notifications>Notifications.
Select the event that you want to disable notification for, remove the user/group that should not be notified any more.
