Hi, i´m to trying make an email template where the subject is the mobile of the assigned techinician. So my sms server can forward the alert to the tech.
But i can´t find the way to put the mobile on the subject.
Any ideas??

Have you checked the list of available tags?
Setup -> Notifications -> Notification templates -> tickets -> Default translation -> List of available tags
Looks like you can add the author's phone....
