Problem list showing closed problems from Tickets

Hi guys,

Not sure if its a bug or if I have some setting wrong but when assigning a problem to a ticket, from the 'Ticket --> Problems' tab, the dropdown list contains ALL problems,  even closed ones.

Is this by design?

Running GLPI 83.4 currently.
