Delete entity

Hi,

I have the root entity and a child entity "Help". When I want to delete "Help", I get this message:

Caution: you're about to remove a heading used for one or more items
You can also replace all the events of this heading by another.

and a dropdown field with Root Entity and two buttons 'Replace' and 'Cancel'.

1. When I look at Help entity in the entities overview, there are no users, no documents, nothing connected at all to it. Why is GLPI saying it is used for one or more items? Is there another place I can look at connected items?

2. How can I finally delete it, when there's only 'Replace' and 'Cancel'?

Thank you for your help!

You must look at all items (computer, knowbase items, contrats....).
Only with 1 item you have this message

Nope, it's still there. Do I have to finally purge it somewhere?

Re: Delete entity

I said you a mistake.
When you want to delete an entity with item, button replace is to move item in a new entity, cancel is to cancl the action of entity's deletion.
You can't delete an entity with item without moving item in another entity
