how to modify the approval send request email

hi, sir there's a possible sample color with this,

First pictures has no edited..

Do you hide Microsoft word when you used excel or word ?
If you change the object of the mail (delete GLPI word), you will have this sentence at the end of the mail

Hi, Sir glpi-dev.

I don't know if i hide microsoft when i used excel and word. But when i open ms word & excel is working and normal.
And sorry im confusing what you said sir.

The 2nd picture you see i totally edited because i ask this in forum if i can edit those layout. This is the output.
What i mean sir is.. its there a sample layout in 2nd picture? so that i can modify or edit a layout in 1st picture.
