Large list dropdowns

Hi,

regarding ticket creation, when I have a large list of categories and sub-categories it can get frustrating finding the right classification when creating a new request or incident.

The dynamic dropdowns is one possible solution, but the user should know the top categories.

Is it possible to have GLPI show the top categories first, then based on a selection the sub category and then the third level category?
