Problem with LDAP authentication

My LDAP server authenticates only (flat without user directory search). What settings should I use?
I created a user (myuser) to sync with LDAP.

This is the test setup:

Server: myserver.com
Connection filter: -
BaseDN: uid=myuser, ou=users,dc=mydomain,dc=com
Rootdn: -
Pass: -
Login Field: uid

Is there any parameter I can use to users? For example:

Basedn: uid=$user,ou=users .........

Thanks

Re: Problem with LDAP authentication

Maybe try this:

Server: myserver.com
Connection filter: -
BaseDN: ou=users,dc=mydomain,dc=com
Rootdn: cn=myuser, ou=users,dc=mydomain,dc=com
Pass: {Enter the password for the user - myuser}
Login Field: uid

Then go to Administration -> Users and select LDAP dircetory link to download your user - myuser

Re: Problem with LDAP authentication

It works! What settings I use for the rest of users?

Re: Problem with LDAP authentication

The LDAP setup is there to authenticate all domain users. Once this is setup, your users simply use their existing domain username and password.

Thanks,

Re: Problem with LDAP authentication

Your previous post said it works.  What part doesn't work?

Re: Problem with LDAP authentication

Obviously it works only for that user.

For example, using JExplorer (LDAP client) with these credentials:

baseDN: uid=randomuser,ou=users,dc=upm,dc=es
userDN: uid=randomuser,ou=users,dc=upm,dc=es
password: XXXXXX

authenticates and returns the user data (it's is the only way I can use my LDAP)

How do I get to use both a baseDN GLPI and userDN for each user?

Sorry for my english
