Hello Guys,
First of all, congratulations for this wonderful tool called GLPI. I'm using for several years and the tool always attend all my spectates.
As I said I'm using GLPI for several years and I never posted at the forum, because all my questions was always answered. I've just need to search.
But now, I have 2 doubts that I couldn´t find a specific answer.
My company is using GLPI in many sites in Latin America. The tool is working properly. But now, some managers would like to implement Change and Configuration Management based on ITIL.
During my research in this forum I could notice that some guys mentioned that the roadmap indicates this feature in GLPI 0.84, but I couldn’t find it in this link https://forge.indepnet.net/projects/glpi/roadmap
Is it a true information? Change Management will be available in 0.84?
And about Configuration Management? GLPI has something like that? Is there any plugin that can control this ITIL request?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,

Hi
Let me to ask question to GLPI developers about "Change management".
Beta version of GLPI 0.84 already availabe for download and testing, but in this version of GLPI not have "Change management" feature.
Do you plan to implement this feature in GLPI 0.84?
When possible, this functionality will be available?
"Change management" is very necessary for our company.

We reports change management in the version 0.85 because we need more specifications to code it.
You can look at https://forge.indepnet.net/projects/glp … tilChanges or post your specification on the dev list http://www.glpi-project.org/spip.php?article57
