Global administrator private followups notification missing.

Hi all,
After the upgrade from 0.80.5 to 0.83.7 I noticed that followup notification on the global administrator seems to be missed.

I looked up some code and as far as I can "guess" (I'm not a developer) in 0.83.7
the notification for private comments is allowed when the user as a profile where private comments are visible.
The global administrator has no profile on mysql so... maybe that's why the associated mailbox doesn't receive private comments.

I would like to know if there is a better workaround to get private notifications on glob admin instead of adding a Watcher user to every ticket.

global administrator is the administrator entity.
Verify in the configuration of your entity that the administrator has a mail indicated

Hi, thank you for your answer.
The mail is indicated in the entity configuration.
The administrator is not receiving "only" for private comments.
I also just tried to add the "entity administrator" in the Recipients of "Add Followup". Nothing changed.

And in his profil he has right to view private followup ?

Hi,
As I said on the first post I think global administrator (user id 1) has no profile (no record in the mysql and obviously no way to manage it in the users control page).
Maybe in the develop process the link between the need of a profile to get private notifications and the absence of the global administrator mysql data has been missing.

Maybe a way to manage it is to define a new Notification "New private ticket's follow-up".
