Hi,
I am just starting to get to know GLPI.
#glpi-0.83.8#
Today I tested the mail receiver. I created a new user and mailbox called helpdesk@mydomain. Strangely when I activate it, then I cannot receive external emails to any account (not only the helpdesk account).
When I enable the mail receiver and send a test email it creates the ticket successfully and I receive an administration notification of the case creation and the originator (external gmail account) as well receives automatic notification.
After that I cannot receive external emails to the company exchange email accounts.
Can you help me investigate the issue?

UPDATE:
running exchange 2010
when I deactivate the mail receiver, stop POP3 on the exchange , then later all the emails sent are actually received all at once.
could this be a firewall issue?

Case is solved.
THe issue was on the exchange server and the receiver connector
