Hello,
we configured that once a ticket has been created it is filtered so that it'll be sent to the group that's in charge for that kind of problem. But sometimes the user, who creates the ticket, makes a mistake and that way the ticket will be assigned to the wrong group. So far no problem because we can reassign the ticket. But is it possible to, after the ticket gets reassigned, the new group gets a notification ticket?
