Hello Team,
I am currently testing GLPI and I am not very literate with its administration.
I found out the option to send tickets anonymously. When I load the page
http://myip/glpi-0.83.8/glpi/front/helpdesk.html the page is displayed in French.
I am working on an English interface on GLPI and the system default language is German.
Do you know how can I change the default French display to English on the helpdesk.html page?

did you config the language in the GLPI settings?
do you load this page by typing in that address or via GLPI menu - I think there´s the problem. Get to Helpdesk through the main menu, then ticket creation and so on is possible even in german.

the settings on my profile point to English.
But the reason I am asking why the anonymous helpdesk page is in French is because when I type the address of GLPI access I only have an authentication page. So, if someone does not have an account, they cannot create an account themselves and cannot send a ticket.
That's why via anonymous ticket creation I can still receive tickets. But it is in French.

ah ok - perhaps there is no personalisation since the user is anonymous. and since GLPI is developed in french the default language is french. just guessing tho^^
