Hello, yesterday I delete the profiles that come with glpi, after prove the new ones that I configure in my company....
My problem is, that after I did it, the authomatic authentications fail, I have a pop validation and add users automatic by the glpi, after i delete the standar profiles, If a user dont have a profile assigned, can´t acces to the tool. I guess the old profile self-servise is bound to a unknown users for the access.
Could somebody explain me wath I have to do to fix my error?
Best regards,
Claudia

hi claudia,
did you delete the super user profile maybe? you hopefully do still have at least one user with that profile?
cause that´s the only profile that is allowed to configure everything in GLPI...

Thank you very much for your answer, I already had design a super admin profile. I resolve the problem adding a rule to assign by default a basic profile to new users validated by pop. but when I create a new user from the aplication, I have to be carefull to assign a profile to, because, he can´t access without it....

Sorry but I dont really understand what you are saying. xD
If you deleted the predefined GLPI super user profile you can´t grant those rights to anyone anymore cause that was the only one allowed to do so.
I guess you deleted all predefined rights before you granted new ones to any profile you created, so now you aren´t allowed to do anything anymore.
