Insert Link on Comment Field

Hello, im new on glpi and i have a question,  can I enter a link on comment field and when I click on this link i can see the website in a new page¿?
For example:
http://www57.zippyshare.com/v/56110494/file.html

In this image i cant do that because the link is not a html link, is text only.
Can I do something¿?

I can' see the image, but anyway If you're talking about make an hyperlink on the Comments text box of a Inventory item, I think you can't do that.
